Ceylon National Christian Federation is a Sri Lanka Government resisted organization. (Company Registered No. under Parliament Act No. 09 of 1917 – TR 08/126 2991.)
About Founder;
Founder Name – Bishop. Simeon Janaka Kumaratunga
Purpose and/or Objects of Federation
-
To amalgamate and coordinate various Chrisian Missions operating in Sri Lanka for the purpose of Christian Moral Revolution.

To develop Christian Services at the ground level.

To ensure the identity and empowerment of the Pastors and the employees of the different mission to take the leadership in the different levels of the Christian sector.

To operate welfare and social services representing Christian community for the purpose of Relogious Society Human Rights and Independence according to the Constitution of Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka.

To carry on formal Bible Education.

To issue warrants for the purpose of Baptism, Marriages, Dedications and Funerals.

To ordinate Bishops, Reverends, Apostles, Prophets, Evangelists, Pastors, Teachers, and Christian workers.

To donate doctorate and other honorable states to the Public decided by the Executive committee of the Sri Lanka National Christian Conference.

To Start and maintain distress and disaster fund to the beneficiaries including executive committee.

To draft and maintain National Policy for the purpose of Administration of Christianity in Sri Lanka.

To inform and coordination with Government and all political leaders with regard to problems for the Christian community.

To draft methodology for the purpose of registration and Christian method in Sri Lanka.

To build up Christian missions in Sri Lanka.

To promote organize, establish, maintain and carry on cultural welfare social services and creating Christian programs based on mass medias on Sri Lanka.

To carry on educational programme by time to time within the different Christian Missions in Sri Lanka.

To appear and represent for the purpose of independence of Christianity.

To grant legal coverage for the missions.

To deliver advices to the state.

To grant national level leadership to the Christian people and services in Sri Lanka.

To appear and represent to the people those who are in trouble and affected Human Rights.
