On June 21, 2025, the United Community Development Foundation organized a Volunteer Training Program, which included various events.
The United Community Development Foundation held a special meeting featuring Treasurer Akila Jayawardena, Leader Archbishop Janaka Kumaratunga, Social Worker Manal Jerome, and Community Development Officer Pastor Prince.
The Most Reverend Dr. Bishop Janaka Kumaratunga was ordained as Archbishop on 09 May 2025.
